Who we are
Health Discoveries is an independent publisher of health and wellness content, operated by SmartAssist USA at smartassistusa.com. We publish informational articles and reviews. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or bill for any product mentioned on this site.
Affiliate disclosure
This site contains affiliate links. If you click a link to a product and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. Products featured on this site are sold and fulfilled by third parties through ClickBank, not by us. Our content is supported by these commissions, and this relationship may influence which products we feature.
What information we collect
When you visit this site we may collect:
- Technical data automatically sent by your browser: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view.
- Campaign data contained in the link you arrived through, such as the traffic source recorded in the URL.
We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment details on this site. There are no forms, accounts, or checkout on these pages.
Cookies
This site is hosted on Shopify, which sets cookies necessary to serve and secure the page. When you click through to a third-party retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies to attribute the referral. Those cookies are governed by the retailer's own privacy policy, not this one. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the pages on this site will still work.
Third parties
Clicking a product link takes you to a website we do not own or control. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy and terms apply. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or handling of your data by those sites. Purchases are processed by ClickBank, which acts as the retailer of record.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not build advertising profiles about individual visitors on this site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because we do not collect identifying information on this site, in most cases we will hold no data to act on. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
